I once read somewhere "if you want to be a better writer, write more" the quote continued to say "in Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell, he wrote that to excel at anything, you need to do it for at least 10,000 hours! So get writing."
 
Let me the first to tell that this is malarkey! My teenager has almost 100,000 hours of texting (writing) in her phone,  that does not mean she's exceling in writing, maybe in time wasting, yes.....just because you answered the phone 100 times at home, it doesn't mean you can apply for a receptionist job.
